All dimensions are approximate and every care has been taken to ensure that the colours are reproduced accurately.
Orders up to £30: £3 delivery
Orders over £30.00 but up to and including £60: £6 delivery
Orders over £60 and up to £150.00: £9 delivery
Orders over £150 include free UK delivery (with the exception of woven tapestries or rugs which are charged carriage at cost)
Your order will usually be dispatched within 7 working days of payment. Occasionally if a product is out of stock it can take up to 28 days and we’ll inform you immediately by e-mail if there is such a delay.
International orders are dispatched by Royal Mail’s Airmail service.
Orders under £60: £7.00 delivery
Orders over £60: £10.00 delivery
For orders placed for delivery outwith the EU no VAT is payable and this will be deducted during the checkout process.
Customers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.
All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT.
All transactions will be carried out in GB pounds.
We accept payment by credit card, debit card or bank transfer via Paypal. Paypal is a safe, simple way to send and receive money online and you don’t need to have a Paypal account to use the service. Paypal uses the very latest SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology to ensure that you are safe while shopping online and at no time will Hoxa Tapestry Gallery see your credit/debit card details.
You may also order by phone – you can call us on 01856 831 395. If we are busy please leave a name and number and we will return your call.
UK customers may also pay by cheque – please phone or e-mail your order in to us and then send your cheque (made payable to Hoxa Tapestry Gallery) to Hoxa Tapestry Gallery, Hoxa, South Ronaldsay, Orkney, KW17 2TW.
No goods will be dispatched until the order has been paid for in full.
Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error.
We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Hoxa Tapestry Gallery. However, if you’re not happy for any reason:
Please contact us to let us know that you wish to cancel your order, or return or exchange a product by using the contact form on the website, or by filling out the cancellation form and emailing it to firstname.lastname@example.org
Return the goods to the address specified on the despatch note. Please include your contact information and a brief note explaining the reason for Return / Exchange in the package. For your protection we strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service as all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Hoxa Tapestry Gallery. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If in any doubt please contact us for advice on the most reliable and economical means of returning the goods.
We will then process the refund back to your payment card or Paypal account (depending on original method of payment) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Occasionally, unfortunately, goods do get lost or damaged in transit. If this happens, please advise us and we will supply replacement goods as soon as possible. If you do receive damaged goods, please sign for the goods as “damaged” and retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the carrier’s insurers.
Returning goods from outside the UK
You must mark on the package that it is a return/replacement if it is a return from outside the United Kingdom, so that products do not attract possible customs duties and taxes on re-entering the UK. Please contact us for further details before sending the goods back.
Hoxa Tapestry Gallery will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We will never sell, loan, rent or distribute any personal information to third parties under any circumstance.
We will never see your credit/debit card details as this information is securely processed through Paypal.

Limitation of liability
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem arising from your purchase of goods from Hoxa Tapestry Gallery and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for any goods purchased.
